As Director of the clinic, Sussan has overseen its growth and development into the Mahjouri Cosmetic Skin Care Clinic. Drawing on her vast aesthetics experience and education in the medical field, Sussan Mahjouri has integrated medical professionals and licensed aestheticians under one roof, all of whom focus on health, beauty, and the well-being of their patients.

Dr. Mahjouri Facial Peels
Illuminize Peel
This non-invasive peel utilizes a novel approach to chemical peeling with a new generation of acids. You will notice instant enhancement of skin appearance such as freshening, tightening, and brightening of skin clarity with minimal discomfort and little or no peeling. Excellent prior to special events!
Vitalize Peel
This medium-depth chemical peel brings the benefits of a unique blend of intense peeling agents that include 0.3% Retinoic acid. Encouraging rapid turnover in skin cells, this procedure is especially beneficial for those with sun-damaged, aging, blemish-prone, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and general poor skin quality.
Rejuvenize Peel
This peel is the deepest of the Skin Medica Peels, penetrating into the epidermis to produce significant results with minimal irritation. Appropriate for moderate to severe skin conditions including sun-damage, fine lines and wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, and melasma.
Jessner's Peel
This medium depth superficial peel is great for sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and scars. Using a combination of resorcinol, lactic and salicylic acid, it works at the epidermis and dermis junction, going further into the skin.
TCA Peel
The deepest of the peels we offer, The TCA Peel combines a layer of Jessner's along with 1-2 layers of a low percentage TCA for maximized outcome. This treatment is a noninvasive skin treatment used to treat skin discolorations, scarring, deep wrinkles. These peels get their name from trichloroacetic acid (TCA), which is used to clear away dead skin cells to reveal the newer and smoother skin layers below.
HydraFacial Elite MD
This 6 step process cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and dead skin cells while replenishing antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acids. It provides instant results reducing fine lines, pigment, environmental damage, and acne. It plumps and firms the skin for immediate results with no downtime. This is a wonderful treatment for all skin types and colors.
Hair Reduction
Using the latest FDA-approved Intense Pulsed Light technology, we are able to safely and effectively remove unwanted hair for both women and men. Hair Reduction works by selectively concentrating light energy in the hair follicle, leaving the surrounding skin unchanged. This comfortable procedure can be performed in as little as 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the area, and allows you to return to your regular activities almost immediately. Treatments can be performed on nearly any area of the face or body, nearly any skin color, and are effective on all but the blondest colors of hair.
Photo Facial
The Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Photofacial is a non-surgical treatment that improves skin tone and texture. The IPL is much like a laser but produces a broad spectrum of light instead of only one wavelength. IPL energy includes all of the light wavelengths that are optimal for removing a variety of discolored skin lesions (brown spots, age spots, freckling). The IPL also stimulates collagen to produce smooth skin and reduce pore size. In addition to the face, the neck, arms, legs, and upper chest areas can also be treated. IPL PhotoFacial treatments are gentle, with minimal discomfort. There is no “downtime’ after treatment - only temporary redness that fades within hours. Patients receiving PhotoFacial treatments do not need to take any time off from their usual activities. Improvement of age spots and dilated blood vessels can be seen after only one treatment, and skin texture progressively improves with additional treatments. PhotoFacials are one of the most effective treatments for facial redness due to rosacea. Your skin care specialist may recommend a series of 3 or 5 treatments scheduled 2 to 3 weeks apart.
Dermapen Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. The needles are used to puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury resulting in an increase of collagen production. Numbing cream is used, resulting in a painless treatment with minimal downtime. This treatment is perfect for anyone wanting a dramatic reduction in fine lines and wrinkles or scarring. A series of 3-6 is needed for optimal results.
