People who are interested in having long lasting results to improve facial grooves and deep creases, or want to have fuller lips can now use their own skin and fat as permanent filler and enhancements.

A small amount of skin and fat (attached to it) could be easily  harvested from the lower abdomen through a small incision in the bikini line.
